As the Sales Manager (B2B), you will play a pivotal role in driving our B2B sales efforts. You'll collaborate closely with the CEO, CPO and various internal departments to ensure the seamless execution of our sales strategies and processes. Your focus will be on managing the sales pipeline, coordinating interdepartmental efforts, and ensuring successful client onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the sales pipeline, managing and monitoring each stage: lead generation, initial discussions, commercial negotiations, contract negotiation, signed agreements, integration, and product launch.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among internal teams including marketing, legal, operations, product and delivery, ensuring a coordinated and efficient effort.
  • Oversee, with the account management team, the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation and delivery, and serving as the main point of contact for initial account management.

Job requirements:

  • Must have 2-3 years of experience in iGaming sales, with a proven track record of working in a B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales pipelines and coordinate efforts across multiple teams and departments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
